Stack It Up LLC ("Stack It Up," "we," "us") provides virtual admin staffing services to businesses in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, the service you're asking about, and your message. If you book a call through our scheduling link, our scheduling provider collects what it needs to set up that meeting (typically your name, email and the time you select).
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss the work you need help with
- To schedule and hold calls or meetings you book with us
- To prepare a quote or proposal if you ask for one
- To keep basic records of our business inquiries
We do not use the information you submit for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles from it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or share your information with outside companies for their own use. Your inquiry is handled by Stack It Up LLC. The only outside parties involved are the service providers that run the tools this website uses on our behalf, and they only process your information to make those tools work, not for their own purposes:
- Google (Google Sheets/Apps Script) — stores the requests submitted through our contact form, in a sheet only our team can access.
- Calendly — powers our "Book a call" scheduling link, and handles the booking details you enter there under its own privacy terms.
We may also disclose information if required to by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Stack It Up LLC or others.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and request records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain our business records, and delete or archive older records periodically.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time. Email Contact@stackit-up.com and we'll take care of it.
Cookies and tracking
This website itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you click through to book a call, our scheduling provider's page may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.
Children's privacy
This website and our services are intended for businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
